Official Rules

Contest is open to adult employees of credit unions affiliated with their state credit union league and CUNA.  Winning entries will be chosen at random from new members who join Councils between June 22, 2011 and August 31, 2011 , current members who have submitted a "More Than Ever" story between June 22, 2011 and August 31, 2011 at 11:59pm CST, and non-Council members whose submission of  a 3" x 5" postcard (sent to CUNA Councils, PO Box 431 Madison, WI 53701 with the entrant's name, credit union name, address, phone number, and email address) is received no later than August 31, 2011.   CUNA assumes no liability for lost, misdirected or stolen entries.  Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winning entries will be chosen on September 1, 2011 and winners will be notified via email by September 6, 2011.  Prizes will be awarded jointly to the winning credit union and submitting employee and the credit union shall determine how the prizes are used/distributed.  5 prizes will be awarded.  Prizes are:  one grand prize scholarship good toward registration fees for any Councils or CUNA education programs valid through August 31, 2012 (valued up to $5000), one Council conference registration valid through August 31, 2012 (valued up to $799), one iPad 2 (valued at $499), one 2012 Council membership (valued up to $295), and one Visa gift card (valued at $50).  Any and all income taxes are the responsibility of the winners.  No cash value or substitutions to the prizes will be made.  Winners will be posted on the Councils website by September 8, 2011.  A list of the prize winners may be requested by emailing nsherry@cuna.coop.  iPad 2 is a product of Apple, Inc.
