Excellence in Operations & Member Experience Award

As operations and member experience professionals, we are asked to develop solutions to a variety of problems. Often we research situations and develop entirely new and possibly unique practices for our credit union’s operations and member experience areas. Identifying these new approaches and recognizing their universal application to credit unions nationwide is the purpose of the CUNA Excellence in Operations & Member Experience Awards. One of our hallmarks is sharing the approaches to these solutions with our peers.

Professional of the Year Award

Professional of the Year Award recognizes and honors the individual who exemplifies excellence in the credit union’s operations and member experience areas. This distinction is reserved exclusively for the credit union Operations & Member Experience elite: who, in all aspects of their chosen profession consistently excel for the benefit of their employer, provide outstanding direction to credit union staff to provide excellent service to their members and are a leader of their credit union culture.

Rising Star Award

New this Year!  The CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council’s Rising Star Award recognizes and honors an emerging professional in the credit union industry who has a focus on the operations and member experience areas. The recipient of this prestigious award will be an operations and member experience professional whose work demonstrates ongoing and exceptional growth. Their contribution to the future of the credit union industry is evident during the time they've been a part of the movement.
