Do you want to have impact? Do you want to be more influential? Do you want to leverage your knowledge and experiences to positively impact the direction of your credit union. There’s more than one way to do that than simply lamenting the lack of a “seat at the table” or decrying the “need to be more strategic.” Be the leader you know you can be. These five behaviors will transform your relationship with your CEO and position yourself as the Trusted Advisor you want to be, and you know you can be.
