SBA’s 504 Loan Program is a vital part of SBA’s mission to help small businesses start and expand. Join SBA’s Chief of 504 Branch, Linda Reilly, Chief, 504 Program Branch and Frank Keane, Fiscal Selling Agent, to learn how your credit union can finance large scale commercial real estate projects.

a credit union can participate in SBA’s 504 Loan Program as a lender and an investor;
the 504 program benefits lenders and small businesses and how to determine small businesses eligibility;
types of long-term fixed assets are eligible for 504 financing: land, building, equipment, new construction, purchase of an existing facility; and
the 504 loan program assists the small business facilitate job creation and retention.
Chief of 504 Loan Program, Small Business Administration
Ms. Reilly has been Chief of the 504 Program Branch at SBA since June 2012 and oversees a $30 billion national loan portfolio. Ms. Reilly has more than 30 years experience in economic development finance at the federal, state and local levels and has worked with loan programs, infrastructure projects, economic impact studies, bond issues, revitalization projects and small business incubators. She has worked with economic development offices and lenders across the U.S.
President/CEO, Eagle Compliance LLC
Frank Keane is the President and CEO of Eagle Compliance LLC, a veteran owned small business created in 2008 to specialize in Broker/Dealer Operations and Anti-Money Laundering audits. Since April 2012 he has worked solely as Fiscal and Selling Agent for the SBA 504 program, managing the monthly sale of its government guaranteed debentures. Frank has 30+ years’ experience in capital markets trading, risk management and regulatory compliance. A former director at Merrill Lynch GSI and Managing Director at Banc of America Securities he also had responsibility for underwriting and trading the program’s debt securities for thirteen years while at Merrill Lynch. His educational background is: BA – Economics, New York University; MA – Management, Seton Hall University; and FINRA Institute/ Wharton – Certified Regulatory Compliance Professional.
