As operations, sales and service professionals, we are asked to develop solutions to a variety of problems. Often we research situations and develop entirely new and possibly unique practices for our credit union’s operations, sales and service areas. Identifying these new approaches and recognizing their universal application to credit unions nationwide is the purpose of the CUNA Excellence in Operations, Sales & Service Awards. One of our hallmarks is sharing the approaches to these solutions with our peers.
Please join us in a roundtable presentation by 2 of the winners of the 2013 Excellence in Operations, Sales & Service Award. Ken Kelly from Red Canoe CU and Justin Roth from Empower CU will share the sales campaign they used to reinforce and sustain their similar sales cultures. This was a cooperative, collaborative, first of its kind competition that ran internally and simultaneously at both organizations to help members save money by moving loans to each respective credit union.
