Culture produces results, but the right culture produces the desired results.
The results your credit union is getting today are produced by your current culture----the way the organization currently thinks and acts. For many credit unions, these results are not what that they had aimed to achieve.
Join us to learn a proven approach for defining, operationalizing, and managing culture in a manner that helps leaders achieve results. This methodology improves focus, alignment, engagement, ownership, problem solving, accountability and performance. Employees learn to create the right experiences, beliefs, and actions that deliver your credit union’s most important results.
