This is a venue for credit union professionals to enrich their collections knowledge by learning from experts in collections laws, processes and trends. Join us to strengthen your credit union’s approach to this important area of lending operations.
Two programs are offered:
- Introduction: Addresses the essential, big-picture issues of collections and bankruptcy. (For collectors with 5 or less years’ experience)
- Advanced: In-depth look at current issues and high-level topics. (For experienced collectors and collections managers)
This event is produced by the CUNA Center for Professional Development and endorsed by the CUNA Lending Council.
CPE Credits: You can earn group-live credits for this program. No advance preparation or prerequisites are required.
