Do you know where to find guidance on the federal and state laws and regulations that govern these areas of your credit union? Together, CUNA and the Leagues offer a tremendous number of free tools and resources to credit unions as a benefit of membership.
This webinar will walk you through these CUNA-League resources, taking a deeper dive and providing specific examples on frequently researched areas, such as:
• Bank Secrecy Act
• Fair Lending/UDAAP
