Jeanette Radmer, Business Development Manager II , Numerica CU
Jeanette has been employed at Numerica Credit Union since June of 2006. She has over 20 years of financial services experience with regional banks and credit unions. She has worked in every role inside of the branch, including licensed branch platform financial advising, held positions in regional sales and branch operations, conducted sales training and coaching, and launched a new indirect unsecured lending program. She represents all things related to engaging, growing, and developing business. In 2002, she received the Washington Credit Union League’s “Legacy Award” for her commitment to serving the underserved; in 2011 she received the “Bud Crump Award” for service excellence, and in 2013 received CUNA’s “Business Development Rock Star Award” for her work with medical/dental sector and for her work with onboarding new members, primarily indirect conversions. Jeanette is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a degree in Hospitality Management and is currently completing her MBA at the University of Idaho.
Rory Rowland, President/CEO, Rowland Consulting
Rory Rowland is a business consultant and dynamic seminar leader specializing in programs for credit unions on lending, technology, leadership, and communications skills. After serving as president of two credit unions in Missouri, Rory began using his communications skills and specialized background to help financial and business organizations become more effective. Rory has presented his high energy, fun and humorous programs in all 50 states over the past 20 years as well as Canada and Mexico. Rory is continually one of the most highly rated speakers at state and national associations throughout the country. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BS degree in Economics.
Tum Vongsawad, Chief Operating Officer , San Diego County CU
Tum Vongsawad is Chief Operating Officer of San Diego County Credit Union with $6.9 billion in assets. Vongsawad began his career in the banking industry in 1986. During the next twenty-nine years, he was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility including Branch Manager, Group Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He joined San Diego County Credit Union in 2000. Vongsawad holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
