As much as credit unions like to think of our industry as a warm, safe place - the vultures are circling.  Legal issues and risks emerge from every direction, and staying up to date can be a full-time job.

To help keep you informed on what to watch out for, we've enlisted two key Class Action lawyers with years of financial experience to address a variety of emerging and continuing issues. This list will expand as they come up with new things to be worried about, but come prepared to hear about topics like:

  • The continuing Overdraft saga
  • The TCPA  (telephone consumer protection act)
  • Collections Issues
  • ADA Compliance
  • Indirect Lending Issues, including TILA compliance and potential litigation exposure
