As digital transformation becomes ever more top of mind in the credit union space, a unique set of people challenges are emerging.  Assembling the right team can be a complicated effort, involving both uncovering hidden digital talent within the ranks of the organization and thoughtfully building new capability from outside hires.

Moreover, even with the right team in place, creating structures (including rewards and properly framed jobs) as well as a culture that actively energizes talent for the digital journey often challenges organizations who’ve operated very differently in the past.

Join our experts and your peers as we discuss pragmatic and practical  strategies to address these issues.
