Learning the best service strategies is far easier when you experience them at CUNA World-Class Service Leadership School. While staying at the Ritz-Carlton in Denver for this event, you'll experience the service model of a world-renowned hotel and learn how it operates from behind the scenes.
The two-and-a-half-day schedule has two full days of learning with credit union speaker and author of “Unleash Your Greatness,” Rick Olson, who commits himself to bringing simple solutions to complex problems. His presentations incorporate humor and audience participation in important service topics to help you learn while creating and testing your own service strategy.
The remaining half day will be spent learning the ins and outs of the Ritz-Carlton's service standards and strategies as well as how to apply them to your credit union. You'll return home with the tools you need to lead service at your credit union.
