When Jones first arrived at WECU, there were few ties between the marketing, sales and member experience efforts. In just two years, he was able to completely transform the marketing department in structure and operational identity. Simultaneously, Jones was spearheading the rollout of significant initiatives at WECU including the launch of a new marketing automation platform, new website, new online banking platform, and more. These projects have been backed with extensive market research, including internal and member research, leading to effective messaging and proven results at WECU. Jones has continued to lead innovative, community-focused, and heartfelt programs to create not just credit union success, but positive and long-lasting community relationships, as well.
