Candy Valadez
Candy Valadez joined the credit union world in 2007 when she began working for Generations Federal Credit Union in San Antonio, TX. She began her career as a Teller and left the credit union as the Digital Services Manager, having held a variety of roles along the way. After obtaining her BSBA from the University of Incarnate word, she was ready for the next step in her career. In 2019, she joined TekChoice as a Customer Success Manager. This position has allowed her to leverage all the industry knowledge, member service skills and overall understanding of the credit union culture that she has gained, to help credit unions meet their member’s needs and accomplish strategic goals.
