Elizabeth Sullivan joined CUNA in March 2021 as Senior Director of Advocacy & Counsel. In her role, she is responsible for CUNA’s advocacy on issues related to mortgages and housing finance policy, BSA/AML, telecommunications, and CDFIs. Prior to joining CUNA, Sullivan served in both regulatory advocacy and regulatory compliance roles at NAFCU and was in private practice in Maine, Kansas, and Missouri. Sullivan holds a law degree from Stetson University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
