Eric Nokken has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been with Wilary Winn since 2004. He leads Wilary Winn’s mortgage banking activities line of business. Eric’s team provides mortgage servicing rights valuations on portfolios that range in size from $4 million to over $4 billion for more than 375 clients across the country. He is an expert in the accounting and regulatory reporting related to mortgage banking activities, including interest rate lock commitment and forward loan sale commitment derivatives, as well as mortgage servicing rights. Eric also values commercial servicing rights, SBA servicing rights and gain on sale calculations related to SBA loan sales as well as auto, home equity and HELOC servicing related to loan sale participations.
