As a seasoned professional with more than 12 years of collections experience, Rochelle is known for automating and optimizing WSECU’s collection activities. Her passion for behavioral science and technology has played a vital role in providing financial support to members while mitigating delinquency. WSECU leverages their internal relationship-based collection score model which allows her collections team to focus on an empathetic and supportive collections strategy, which in turn, supports WSECU’s promise of championing their members’ financial well-being.
