Trish Kordas currently serves as the Chief Culture Officer for Tucson Federal Credit Union, approaching a billion dollars in assets and serving a significant geographic area in Arizona. She serves as the executive leader to the Growth and Development, Community Impact, and corporate Human Resource teams. Her experience lies in organizational design, talent acquisition, employee effectiveness and building or rebuilding sustainable cultures.

Trish has a passion for community which has included serving nonprofit partners and a variety of boards such as President (2015) of the Society for Human Resource Management of Greater Tucson, Vice President of Southern Arizona AIDS Foundation and Secretary for Elements/Refuge Center of Tucson. Her passion is People & Culture, and she possesses over 25 years of progressive human resource and culture experience.
