Rich Head *

VP of IT - Greater Iowa Credit Union, Ames, IA

The fundamental principle of "People helping people" stands as a long-established cornerstone of credit unions. This philosophy echoes what I truly love about the credit union industry, its’ primary focus on helping people. While serving on the Executive Committee, I've actively contributed to the Conference Committee, the Sponsorship Committee, and presently, I hold the position of Chair for the Speed Rounds Committee.

With passion and dedication, I commit to collaborative engagement with peers on the CUNA Technology Council Executive Committee, alongside industry experts. Collectively, we will find innovative and imaginative approaches to harness technology in resolving business challenges which confront our industry and members.

Randy Stolp *

Chief Information Officer - My Community CU, Allen, TX

Currently Vice Chair, I’ve served your Executive Committee for five and a half years.  I’ve moderated webinars and contributed to white papers, serving or chairing our Member Resource, Sponsorship, Engagement, Nominating, and Awards Committees.

A lifelong learner, my background includes Accounting, Technology, Sales and Service, Operations, Lending, and Marketing. I’ve served the credit union movement for 22 years through credit unions ranging from $500 million to $1B in assets. I’ve completed WCMS, CUDE, CCUFC, a BS in Marketing, my MBA, recently graduating from Filene’s prestigious i3 innovation program.

I love helping people see nuances in information and think differently; helping people solve difficult problems lights me up inside.

I maintain strategic relationships with Fintech partners like Clutch, ZestAI, and Incent and stay current on technology through memberships like John Best’s Innovation Club, and, of course, CUNA’s Technology Council.

I would be honored to continue representing you on our Executive Committee.

Josh Bomba

Chief Information Technology Officer, State Employees’ Credit Union - Raleigh, NC

As the second largest credit union in the nation, the technology we provide is a catalyst to our success.  As the CITO, I recognize taking calculated risks through innovation is not only vital to our organization, but oxygen in our industry.

In my first two years we’ve taken significant strides in modernizing our Technology organization.  Launching our transformations of our Core Banking system, Digital Banking, ATM, Branch and Call Center, and Lending Systems Upgrades to name a few.  A feat not for the faint of heart.

I am extremely proud of the work we are doing at SECU.  I’m interested in bringing my unique skills to the Technology Council Executive Committee in a way that translates to growth for all of us.  The opportunity to lead strategic direction and help coordinate council efforts to deliver a profound impact throughout the Credit Union world is compelling, and a challenge I welcome.

Michael Carlos

Chief Technology Officer - SkyOne FCU, Hawthorne, California

I humbly request for your consideration as I am interested in serving you as a member of the Technology Council Executive Committee. Over the years, I gained a deep sense of appreciation and gratitude for this community of very supportive credit union technology leaders, thus my desire to serve and give back to this community that have been very good to me.

I am currently serving as a member of the Technology Council Member Resources Committee, as well as a volunteer mentor for the CUNA Councils Mentorship Program.

For those who I may have not had the opportunity to meet or crossed paths in the past, I hope that if I get selected to be one of the members of this executive committee, you will come to know me as a person who will act in the best interest of this committee.

Thank you for your support.
