Joey Rudisill *

Chief Information Officer - Central Willamette Credit Union, Albany, OR

My name is Joey Rudisill, CIO at Central Willamette CU. I serve as 2nd Vice Chair on the Technology Council Executive Committee and am honored to work with so many of you on the Speed Rounds, Member Resources, and Conference committees. Your devotion to our industry is admirable and inspiring.

We live in a time of growth, innovation, and excitement! Because of you, our industry is stronger after the pandemic. Because of you, our industry sets standards for innovation and service. And because of you, we accomplish this every day in a not-for-profit model. How do we do this??? We keep our values in check and we do it in force! We communicate and collaborate. It’s our super-power and it’s what CUNA means to me. I hope to continue to contribute a small part to this great victory alongside all of you.

Jim Phillips *

SVP/Chief Information Officer - SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, Santa Ana, CA

I have been actively involved in the credit union movement serving as a CIO for the past 20 years. Technology is rapidly evolving, vendors are converging and the challenge of delivering amazing service while balancing the requirements of security, convenience and cost has become increasingly complex. Staying informed on technology innovations, cyber threats and changing delivery models is more important than ever. The Council is a great way of staying ahead of these changes and developing a network of peers that you can rely on for input, advice and support.

I have served on the Executive Committee since 2019, serving as Chair of the Awards Committee, Vice Chair for Conference Committee, Vice Chair for Sponsorship Committee and most recently as Chair of this year’s (in person!) Conference Committee. I welcome the opportunity to continue to serve and thank you for your support!

Carey Price *

SVP, Digital Strategy and Delivery - BCU, Vernon Hills, IL

My name is Carey Price, SVP of Digital Strategy and Delivery officer at BCU in Vernon Hills, Il. I am the incumbent currently serving on the CUNA Tech Council executive committee, leading and participating on various council committees - 2022 Chair of Awards committee, 2022 2nd VP on Conference Speed rounds, Conference and Sponsorship committees. Prior to the Technology Council, I was on the Operations & Member Experience Council executive committee for the past two years working closely with my Technology peers.

I value the collaboration, leadership development and growth that the CUNA Council affords each of us. I commit my time and skills to this role to be an innovative, active leader and further our initiatives while looking for ways to enhance the value it brings to all council members. With your endorsement,

I humbly ask for your vote for the executive committee responsibility.

Nick Horak, CPM, MBA

VP of IT - Energy One FCU, Tulsa, OK

Although I have worked in IT management and cyber security in the financial sector for over 10 years, my passion bloomed when I joined my first credit union. The differences between working for a credit union as compared to an FDIC/OCC bank are like night and day. Joining a credit union as the head IT Executive led me to volunteer for the CUNA Tech Council over the past 6 years. In addition to volunteering for the conference committee, I have been on the sponsorship committee and became a guest speaker several times at the CUNA Tech conference. For many years I have worked closely with the FBI as a credit union liaison to promote ongoing dialogue and prompt communication concerning the security of, vulnerabilities in, and threats to our critical infrastructure. E1 FCU has the vision to support me for this position. Please honor me with your vote.

Gina Olson

SVP Enterprise Apps - SAFE Credit Union, Folsom, CA

Ensuring credit union leaders and executives have access to reliable and relevant technological resources, information, and professional development will be my priority as a member of the technology council executive committee. As a veteran technology expert who has worked at multiple levels in the industry, I personally understand the rigors of ensuring that institutions are safe, reliable, and protected from ever-evolving security challenges, internally and externally. I have a passion for innovation, collaboration and ensuring industry leaders are supported and have a space to work together. This collaboration is not only good for individual professional development, but great for the credit union movement and industry. I’m excited about the opportunity to work with some of the greatest minds in the industry to increase collaboration around this important issue. It would be an honor and privilege to have your support.

Clifton Van Scyoc

VP of Technology/CTO - PSECU - Harrisburg, PA

My life has been surrounded by credit unions, I have worked in other industries and government, but the value of the cooperative was not known to me until taking my first job at a credit union. Working for the Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union has shown me an energetic organization that is focused on providing value to its members, it has expanded my relationships and opportunities to serve my community. I have gained a greater reward for serving on boards and committees that impact the lives of others, CUNA has given me an opportunity to scale and provide impact in larger ways and help on a national level as co-chair of the sponsorship committee and a participant in the vendor tour sub-committee. Please consider my passion for technology and my diverse knowledge as an opportunity to best continue my journey serving the members of CUNA’s professional organization.
