As the labor market continues to become more competitive, credit unions need to creatively think about sourcing great candidates and the candidate experience. Candidates are interviewing with multiple companies and in many cases are interviewing us.
Dee Dee Myers will speak about the recruiting process and managing our employer brand through the eyes of the candidate. How do we tell our story and the Credit Union difference? How do we respond to our on-line presence on places like Glassdoor or Indeed, where candidates may be going to research us? How can credit unions differentiate themselves through the recruiting process?
Then Hannah Michelle will speak about the recruiting process and best practices in attracting and selecting great candidates. She will focus on the use of technology, compliance questions, and ways to streamline the process to be nimble in a very competitive market.
This session is Council member-only. Only register if you are a current CUNA Councils member.
