CUNA HR & Organizational Development Council Forum

November 15-16, 2022
Tempe, AZ

The HROD Forum will be highly interactive and engaging.  It will provide an excellent opportunity to learn from others and think together through creative solutions to complex challenges we face.

Prior to the forum, we would ask those attending to come to the forum prepared to share top of mind 2023 HR priorities that our executives would agree need to be solved.  In other words, phase 1 of design thinking (Analysis & Synthesis) will be done by you prior to the Forum.  Your insights will play a key role in our design thinking journey.

In the Forum, we will focus on the Immersion, Ideation, and Prototyping elements.  Our goal in the forum is to have meaningful dialogue and enable you to return home with some prototype solutions that you can be ready to implement in 2023 or at least get you started with some innovative solutions to integrate into your 2023 plans.

Space is limited to allow for maximum engagement among attendees, so reserve your seat soon.
