iQ Credit Union wanted to better show their support for building a community in which individuals are welcomed, respected, supported, and valued. Hear about their new employee group, the Inclusion and Belonging Task Force (IBTF), their accomplishments thus far, and some of their plans moving into 2023.

Consumers Credit Union had a goal to create a learning system for onboarding, training, and coaching that was both scalable and sustainable. Over the last year, hear how they launched three initiatives that collectively represented significant progress toward that objective: artificial intelligence, a learning management platform and a Trainer/Coach model.

University of Michigan CU knows that future leaders are a critical component of vision and culture. Learn about their Leadership Development program including courses that every leader participates in such as DISC and Emotional Intelligence, other courses available as needed such as mental health training and unconscious bias training, and a mentor program allowing each leader to pair with a vice-president for more tailored development.
