To be successful, a plan needs to be built, actively followed, and revisited over time. And you don’t need fancy software or tools to do it! A spreadsheet and an organizational chart is a great place to start or even to end up. Hear from a credit union HR pro and an industry consultant as they discuss the “Dos” and “Don’ts”, best practices, pain points and tips for bringing your plan to life.
