Facilitators
- Brad Aspgren

This session will focus on tools to minimize and monitor fraud while exploring the impact fraud solutions can have on our members. Do our fraud systems or procedures get in the member’s way and cause friction or pain points for them as they do business with us? How can we recognize this and develop solutions that benefit both the member and the credit union? What are the trends in fraud and fraud solutions that we need to be aware of?
