Char has been with Unitus for over 16 years. During that time, she has served as a thought leader and problem solver for key initiatives. As AVP Remote Experience Manager, Char evaluates, designs, and implements the credit union’s remote delivery experience within the retail space. She strongly believes and regularly advocates that people are the magic behind technology and that human experiences will always form the foundation of uplifting service.
Char is an active member of the credit union’s Agile Project Steering Committee and influences the credit union movement as a member of the Global Women’s Leadership Network and the YCUP Cascadia Chapter. Further, Char volunteers her time with several community organizations, and for the past six years has mentored outstanding young women in the Portland area through the Rose Festival Foundation.
