Faye Trapani leads Disney’s Self-Service business with 15+ years’ experience in advertising. She began her career working with brands like Accor Hotels and Tumi in print and TV campaigns. After attending business school, Faye joined Microsoft on the search ads team, and later transitioned to another start-up, AppNexus (now Xandr, a division of WarnerMedia). She was the second hire in the sales team and spent many years building the company as programmatic media buying went from a new, untested idea to the mainstream. Faye left to join Facebook where she worked on integrating LiveRail post-acquisition and managed the sales group, and then transitioned into global partnerships. She led Facebook's partner management function for the Americas across several early-stage advertising ecosystems: ad tech, messaging, creative technology, and commerce.
