Amber is Vice President of Marketing for California’s USE Credit Union. Among many other duties, she leads her credit union’s overall marketing and community engagement strategies and has played lead roles in deploying its marketing automation platform, brand evolution and the development and deployment of a new branch prototype and online member experience.
A results and innovation-focused leader, she has risen quickly since joining the credit union industry just eight years ago as an integral member of the award-winning marketing department at Xceed Financial Credit Union. Most recently, she was Assistant Vice President of Marketing for UNIFY Financial Credit Union where she led marketing plan development, implementation, and department coaching.
Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Sustainability and has earned the designation of CUCME – Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive – through CUNA. Amber is active within the industry and passionate about sharing knowledge in the spirit of working cooperatively.
