Looking for new members? Trying to grow deposits? Wondering how to engage your members in a noisy world?
Whatever the channel, the fuel for your growth engine is engagement. But engaging your overwhelmed members is harder than ever. You need relevant offers, creative, and other content to stay at the top of the proverbial inbox.
Personalization offers a straightforward approach to achieving greater relevance: determine your personas, assign each contact to one of them, and use relevant outreach variants with each contact according to their persona.
But while the promise of personalization is widely understood, many credit unions struggle to get initial efforts off the ground. How do I determine my personas? What do I do with them?
In this session, you’ll learn practical steps to personalize your growth engine. Space is limited and attendees will receive a persona analysis unique to their organization. Instructions on how to receive this information will be sent to you separately.

In the last few years, credit unions have seen measurable results of tactically led initiatives designed to elevate consumer awareness and consideration of credit unions while emphasizing the impact mission-driven credit unions have on the financial well-being of their members and communities. While attracting new members and connecting with them in a meaningful way is key to long-term market share development, so is the ability to meet members where they are in life with affordable and appropriate services and advice as well as exceed their delivery expectations. The movement is being heavily influenced to deliver key products and services both digitally and in-person for 24/7 accessibility. Digital transformation isn’t just solutions and delivery, it requires adjustments to strategies, mindsets, and even personnel. Hear from researchers, practitioners, and implementers on how to create an environment in which your current and future members thrive.

Tools for Financial Inclusion
Speakers
Cynthia Colon, AVP Multicultural Inclusion Strategy, GTE Financial
Pablo DeFilippi, EVP, Inclusiv
More than half of the credit union industry has received the low-income designation and around 1 out of 10 CUs is minority designated and or CDFI certified. Our movement’s growing focus on DEI is helping CUs better reflect the communities we serve. The clock is ticking! Six states already have a predominantly diverse population. Five additional states will follow suit this decade. The US will become a much more diverse nation by 2050. The extent to which we embrace and adapt to these demographic trends may very well determine our future and relevance.
How can CUs take the DEI and financial inclusion conversation to the next level to better serve these segments of the population? Fortunately, our industry has several effective tools that can help us respond in a way that is both responsible and sustainable. Learn about these tools can become drivers of growth and relevance for your institution.
