As the manager of the Organizational Effectiveness at Honor Credit Union, Charley has the honor of building the talent and shaping the culture. He studied at Colorado Technical University where he earned his Master of Business Administration degree. Charley holds several certifications including Korn Ferry Leadership Architect, Integrity Coaching, and Kizan Six Sigma. He serves on the Michigan Credit Union League, Chapter Education (MCUL) board and leads a dynamic team that was recognized by the Association for Talent Development’s international Best award in 2018.
