Jennifer Pratt is a multi-talented Instructional Designer at Honor Credit Union with over 20 years of experience designing and developing diverse training curriculum. Jennifer has leveraged her experience and industry expertise to design award winning courses, onboarding programs, and eLearning content. As a certified Trainer & Master of Instructional Designer through the Association for Talent Development, she is fluent with various delivery models including VILT, Blended Learning, and Micro Sessions. She proudly services on the Board of the Michigan Youth Opportunities (MYOI) and oversees the delivery of their Financial Literacy program for fostered youth. Jennifer possesses an undeniable passion for creating memorable experiences that help learners accelerate their contribution and performance.
