Patti has worked in the financial industry for the past 34 years with 22 years of that time with Capital Credit Union in Green Bay, WI. She has held positions in both the Accounting and Human Resources areas. For the past four years, she has been the Chief Culture Officer at Capital Credit Union. Patti is a 2015 graduate of CUNA's Management School in Madison, WI.
