Sharon Gregerson is a Training Solutions Specialist for Royal Credit Union, a WI-based credit union with $2.8 billion in assets. She has a decade of experience in corporate training, with most of those years at Royal Credit Union. In her current role, Sharon’s focus is on supporting Royal’s 650 team members with compliance training, product and service training, using the learning management system, and consulting and creating solutions for new technology and process implementations.
Sharon believes that a major part of training is internal marketing; as trainers, we need to create and frame content in a way that brings confidence to our team members and obtains their buy in for the new product, process, or solution. She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Training & Development.
