Tessa Maki is a Training Solutions Specialist with 17 years of service at WI-based Royal Credit Union. Following three years as a teller, she joined the Organizational Development team as a classroom trainer and eventually found her niche in e-Learning design and development to support the training needs of Royal’s expanding footprint. After becoming a certified e-Learning Specialist through Langevin in 2011, Tessa took on a significant challenge and successfully converted Royal’s information security and compliance training programs into effective and engaging online courses. Tessa’s mission to craft high-impact learning experiences is driven by her passion to find the best solution and fulfill Royal’s core value of doing the right thing. Self-motivated to explore new tools, find creative training methods, and take advantage of resources available from communities such as The Learning Guild and Articulate’s E-Learning Heroes, she is excited to share what she’s learned with you!
