Lending Council CLO Forum 2024

Join your Lending Council peers live face to face for this unique learning and networking session. 

The CLO Forum is an intimate discussion-based setting where attendees direct the conversation around the latest pressing issues in credit union lending. This is an opportunity to interact with fellow senior lending leaders facing the same challenges as you and collaborate on solutions in a mix of guided and open sessions.

NEW in 2024 – the CIO-COO Forum will be hosted parallel to this event in the same location, providing a few crossover opportunities to dine, network and discuss with technology, operations, and member experiences executives. Those are noted on the agenda. Other sessions are closed to CLO’s.

2:00 – 5:00 p.m. - Welcome, Introductions, and Crossover Session with CLOs, CIOs, and COOs

What do you want your CLO to know? What do you want your CIO and COO to know? What should we be talking about, but we’re not? Part of this session will explore these questions.

Afterwards, we will discuss how lending, technology and payments need to intersect more. How are they supporting each other? How does technology work around these processes? Who owns each project? Please join us to learn how different credit unions are approaching these questions. This is a session for everyone to participate in.

5:15 – 8:00 p.m. - Networking Reception and Dinner

This session will focus on topics brought up on the survey sent prior to the Forum, as well as topics brought up on Wednesday.

This session allows attendees to share their experiences, insights and challenges relating to lending in credit unions. The objective of the session is to create a collaborative and informative environment where attendees can learn from each other and gain valuable insights to improve their credit unions' strategies.
