Jessica Emert
Jessica Emert is the Director of Community & Public Relations at ORNL Federal Credit Union, where she oversees the organization’s communication, advocacy, and philanthropic efforts. She has over 20 years of PR and marketing experience and has been with ORNL FCU since 2005. Jessica is a member of the Credit Union National Association’s Marketing & Business Development Council and has earned the Credit Union Business Development Professional and Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive designations. She is a member of the Tennessee Credit Union League’s State-Wide Marketing Committee and Social Good Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce. Jessica graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism, with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Business.
