Tyler Madden joined ALM First Financial Advisors in 2016. As a Director in the ALM Strategy Group, Tylers current role is managing the balance sheet hedging service offering. He is responsible for helping financial institutions implement successful hedging programs to manage interest rate risk and protect margins. Tyler is actively involved in strategy formulaton, trade execution, policy review, and Board and Executve Management training on derivatives. Throughout his tenure at the firm, Tyler has been intimately involved with balance sheet strategy for financial institutions. He began his career as an analyst in the ALM modeling group at ALM First, before moving to a client service role within the ALM Strategy Group. Tyler holds a bachelors degree in Finance with a minor concentration in Accounting, from Texas Christian University.
