Charley founded MFA in 1999, to focus on on providing institutions with specialized investment and consulting services for long-term success.  He oversees McQueen Financial Advisors three core services of Investment Portfolio Management, Interest Rate Risk Reporting and Analysis, and Valuation Services.  Charley is an active member of the Detroit Michigan chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).  He currently serves as the past Chapter Chairman of YPO Motor City.  Charley is a graduate of Western Michigan University and is currently attending a nine year executive education program at Harvard University.
