CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council scholarship programs

CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council is pleased to offer a scholarship to a qualifying candidate interested in attending CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council and CUNA Technology Council Virtual Conference Option.

Applications are closed for this year. Check back for 2021.

Scholarships will be awarded up to $2,500 and can be used for combined expenses relating to qualified programs. Scholarships will be approved prior to the event but reimbursed after proof of attendance and receipts for out-of-pocket expenses are provided. For face-to-face conferences, the recipient must stay at the hotel in which the event takes place.

To be eligible for a CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. You must be a current member of the CUNA Technology Council or CUNA Operations & Member Experience Council.
  2. You need to submit an application that indicates why you are applying for a scholarship.
  3. Scholarship applications must be received by Friday, September 25, 2020.
  4. Only one scholarship per credit union.

Requests must be for qualifying programs and events.

You can receive one CUNA scholarship per calendar year across all CUNA Councils. Maximum scholarship per calendar year cannot exceed two scholarships or $2,500 per credit union.

Recipients may receive a scholarship for two consecutive years, but must then wait at least one year before re-applying. Once a recipient has received three scholarships in total, future applications will only be considered once other applicants have been evaluated and are not guaranteed to be approved regardless of financial situation, need or availability of funds.

The application form must be completed and submitted online following the steps below:

  2. Create your application
  3. Upload corresponding digital files
