With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage origination, operations and SaaS technology delivery, Amy is a Senior Consultant at Newbold Advisors, a management consulting firm providing business, technology and staffing solutions nationally. As a customer centric, solution-oriented business driver, she is focused on stewarding her clients to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and increase profitability of their people, process and systems.
Passionate about people and regarded as a Credit Union Champion, Amy is one of the founders of the CU:REALM (Credit Union Real Estate Lending Masters), a networking group which sources complimentary top-of-mind business critical content to its over 500 CU members. She has contributed to CU industry content on using technology to make stronger member connections, developing a more member centric model, and inspiring teams.
