Ben Nichols is a seasoned financial services and technology expert with over 13 years of experience in software product roles, 8 years working with machine learning and AI, and 6 years working with Financial Institutions of all size. As the Head of Product at Directlink, a Conversational Banking Platform, Ben leads product management, development, and client success to drive innovation and implement industry-leading solutions. Ben was among the first hires for Directlink and has been integral in bringing this industry leading product to market. In addition to his career in FinTech, Ben also serves as a professor of Data Science at Syracuse University's School of Information Studies.
