Brian Kelbley
Brian Kelbley is VP of Finance and Business Services for Sun Federal Credit Union serving as Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the ALCO. Sun Federal has historically operated with higher balance sheet sensitivity to interest rate risk than their peers which has necessitated a robust ALM program and ALCO process. Prior to Sun Federal, Brian worked for an investment advisory firm, consulting on and analyzing interest rate risk for credit unions.
