Chary believes in leveraging data to improve culture and has helped organizations successfully discontinue traditional performance programs and connect employees and managers more frequently. With the belief that culture is owned by all, she finds ways to engage employees in their experience, driving higher levels of engagement and a sense of belonging.
A true Pacific Northwest native, Chary loves the outdoors. You can find her hiking, enjoying a baseball game, wine tasting, or getting away to her family cabin in The Gorge
