Cheryl Boyer, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Cheryl Boyer is Director of Diversity Services at Berkshire. In her role, Cheryl oversees Berkshire’s expansion into consulting and monitoring of diversity metrics for clients seeking to establish a balanced and diverse workforce.

Additionally, Cheryl is a member of Berkshire’s Executive Team where she lends her 30 years of experience as an HR practitioner to provide guidance on policies, procedures, and operations that serve to improve the client experience.

Prior to joining Berkshire, Cheryl held several successful executive positions. As VP of Human Resources for LifeBridge Health, a health system organization, she partnered with senior leaders to drive a thriving culture of engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement, and was senior executive sponsor of the LifeBridge Diversity Council. She was also held senior HR management positions with financial institutions where she led the strategic direction and management of the compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, employment, employee relations, EEO, and AA functions.

With a passion for educating her colleagues, Cheryl is a skilled presenter—having trained on topics including executive compensation, diversity, talent management, and employee relations.
