Damon Sipe
South Carolina native, attended the Citadel, The Military College of SC. Started my IT career on a helpdesk, moving into hardware, ultimately settling into server engineering. Had the opportunity to work in the largest datacenter in SC before spending over a decade at Unum Group in a variety of roles, server engineering, Directing Infrastructure teams as well as Directing Application Development teams. After a brief stint managing Virtual CIO's for a Managed Services Provider, I found my way to Spero Financial (then SC Telco FCU). I knew I wanted a career in IT since the 4th grade, so I've never had a bad day at work!
I've been married to my wonderful wife Kristin for 18 years, and we have 3 children: Brayden, 16, Carter 14, & Riley 13. We have 2 miniature dachshunds, and I love spending my time outdoors, particularly on the beach and backpacking in the mountains!
