Dan is an attorney and capital markets professional with experience in a wide range of financial matters. He is deeply involved in Olden Lanes subordinated debt engagements, overseeing the preparation of regulatory submissions for the Firms credit union clients and related capital raising efforts. Prior to joining Olden Lane, Dan was the Associate General Counsel at the Equinox Financial Group in Princeton, New Jersey, where he oversaw the transactional, legal and compliance needs of the firms family of mutual funds and commodity pools. Prior to joining Equinox, Dan was an attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham Taft LLP in New York, where he worked extensively on securities offerings and negotiated a wide variety of trading and financing related agreements between banks and funds. Dan received his J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law and his B.A. cum laude from the University of Maryland. He holds the Series 3 and 7 licenses.
