Greg Minnich

Greg boasts a robust 25-year background in financial services call center leadership. For 18 years, he spearheaded sales and service contact centers for a Fortune 100 insurance firm, managing both on-site and virtual teams across the nation. More recently, Greg has dedicated seven years to leading Credit Unions in Pennsylvania, including the past two at Pennsylvania's largest credit union, PSECU. He champions coaching and development, aiming to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate member experiences. Presently as a Vice President, Greg supervises the contact center, branch operations, workforce management, quality assurance, and training units at PSECU, helping their nearly 600,000 members achieve more.
