Chief Operating Officer, Security Plus FCU
As the Chief Operating Officer at Securityplus FCU in Windsor Mill, MD, Jeffrey oversees retail operations across five branches, and leads the risk and compliance, financial health and recovery, and security and facility maintenance teams. He has the opportunity to serve in many credit union roles with over 25 years in the industry. Jeffrey holds bachelors and masters degrees from Saint Leo University and is currently working on obtaining his Certified Chief Executive (CCE) designation through CUES. He actively contributes to Americas Credit Unions Operations and MX Council, serves on the Baltimore County Region United Network for the United Way of Central Maryland, and participates in the Maryland DC Credit Union Associations Advocacy Committee.
