Josh Sledge
As the Senior Director of Incubation at the Filene Research Institute, Josh Sledge leads the organization's efforts to test new solutions with the potential to fuel credit union growth or deepen their community impact. He and his team work with credit unions to pilot new products and strategies and share insights and best practices to help the industry evolve. Before joining Filene, Josh was a Senior Director at the Financial Health Network, where he partnered with innovative financial services providers working on solutions to improve consumer financial health. Josh also served as a Senior Investment Analyst at Prudential Capital Group and holds a master's degree in liberal studies from Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
