Julia Burke

COO and CIO, FRB Federal Credit Union

Julia Burke is the COO and CIO of the FRB Federal Credit Union, a $120 million credit union with staff of 19. She has been with the credit union since 2005. She is responsible for all of the credit union's IT operations and member services. When the pandemic hit, Ms. Burke quickly converted the credit union from on premises operations to essentially online operation: laptops, Microsoft Teams Call, etc. She also works closely with staff to help them to adapt to the new environment.
