Julie Linch is in her 40th year in credit unions, currently the SVP of Retail Operations at $1.2billion Directions Credit Union in Ohio. An original 20+ year member of CUNA Councils she has routinely volunteered on operations committees, was pleased to serve on the executive committee for 6 years, and last year was honored to be selected as the professional of the year.
